Spring Author Reading: Joe Meno
In imitation of the grand literary salons of yore, CWIP invites you to attend its annual spring author reading. Treat yourself to a wonderful evening of skilled wordplay and insights into the creative process from the perspective of a celebrated local author.
Chicago fiction writer and playwright Joe Meno—award-winning author of six novels (including Hairstyles of the Damned and his latest, Office Girl) and two short story collections, Demons in the Spring and Bluebirds Used to Croon in the Choir—will engage CWIP members and non-members alike in his process of bringing narratives to life and he will read excerpts from his works.
