Independent Writers of Chicago
While it’s understandable that freelance writers are still uncertain about how and when to use AI, in the right hands, when a freelancer understands how to use the ever-expanding box of AI tools, it can be a trusted ally in getting the job done better and more efficiently. Matt Cardoni, who recently attended the AI Summit, is passionate about continuing to master his own AI skills and using this knowledge to help others.
In this session, Matt will cover an array of topics, including the all-important one: how to create the prompts that will yield the results you seek. (A prompt is the input you provide to an AI tool to guide it towards a specific response or action.) And the better and more specific the prompt, the better response AI can provide.
Matt will steer us towards tools to help create effective outlines, conduct research, and repurpose materials — and more.
