Due to winter weather, January and February meetings will be held on Zoom. In-person meetings will resume in March.
There are many questions about how AI will affect writers. How will it impact us? What are the pros and cons? How can we make our work shine as we compete with AI-assisted copy? What's the current state of AI regarding how much it is being used to write articles, brochures, and more? Importantly, where is AI headed in 2024?
In February, IWOC turns to two communications pros for answers to these compelling queries. Christine Haas is the CEO of Haas Communications and founder of The AI Newsroom. A specialist in artificial intelligence, she consults with companies on how to streamline their processes by implementing AI.
Prolific book author, journalist, guest lecturer and regular contributor to high-tech magazines, Carol J. Amato has a keen interest in AI. Most recently, she participated in a panel discussion on AI hosted by IWOC's sister organization, Independent Writers of Southern California.
