Is a Marcom career right for you?

Do you have a liberal arts background plus skills in writing, design, video, or another creative field? Are you looking for a practical way to apply your expertise and make a living? A career in marketing communications may be your answer. Or perhaps you are already a Marcom pro and considering how to progress to the next rung—our April 19 program will serve up new ideas.

Diana Schneidman will discuss what marketing communications is and some of the many specialties under the Marcom umbrella. She will also look at a second question that follows a decision on specialization: Will you seek a full-time corporate career or go down the freelance path?

The workshop will be held at 190 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago, 40th Floor.
