Negotiate Like a Pro in Any Business Scenario!

Whether we realize it or not, in business and in life, we’re always negotiating. Because we do it so often, we should know how to do it well, right? This fun and interactive workshop, led by speaker Lauren Milligan (ResuMAYDAY), will shed light on the most successful negotiating tactics. You’ll learn the different types of negotiations: the three-step process to a negotiation, what to do when problems arise, and when to walk away. You’ll then put this new information to the test with a challenging and fun role-playing exercise.

All attendees will receive a $5 coupon to the Open Books store, and proceeds from the store and space rental support their literacy programs.
